The cinnamon and icing on these cookies make them so yummy and delicious.

These keto cookies are bursting with flavor.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients
for the cookies in a mixing bowl
and blend on high
until well combined.
Place the mixture into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
You can skip this step, but doing so, allows you to roll the dough into balls more easily.
Roll the dough into small cookie shaped balls and flatten slightly before placing them onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
The cookies will expand while they cook.
Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
While the cookies are cooling, mix together the ingredients for the icing until smooth and creamy.
Add the heavy whipping cream one tablespoon at a time
until your desired consistency is achieved.
Place the icing into a piping bag
and pipe it onto the cooled cookies before serving.

- 11 Tbsp. Softened butter
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
For the icing:
- ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 3-4 Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
Instructions
