Can you have dark chocolate chips on keto?
Yes, as long as you are choosing when that is sugar free. My favorite chocolate chips to use are Lily’s brand – which you can find here. They are sugar free and taste amazing in cookies, muffins or just to grab a few for a quick treat.
Which flour is low carb?
The main flours I like to bake with are almond flour and coconut flour. You can also use pecan flour, psyllium husk, ground flax seed or sunflower seed flour to name a few. In this recipe I used almond flour and love how these cookies turned out.
