These raspberry cookies are so delicious and make a great sweet treat.
Perfect low carb dessert, snack or treat. Grab some keto essential ingredients

Add butter, Swerve confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, almond and raspberry
extract to a medium size mixing bowl or stand mixer. Cream about 1 minute.
Add flour and whisk into the wet mixture
Add baking soda and salt.
Mix until a dough like consistency is formed. Carefully fold in the raspberries
into the dough.
Using an ice cream scoop, place balls of dough on cookie sheet. Flatten
the cookies with a fork or the bottom of a glass. Bake for 8-10 minutes or
until the bottoms are just browned.
Store in an airtight container

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon raspberry extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, frozen
Instructions
