How To Make Keto Glaze Donut Fries
Add the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, stir together almond flour, stevia, and baking powder.
Stir in the almond butter, vanilla, and egg into the melted cheese.
Blend in the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture.
Put the dough in between sheets of parchment and flatten with a rolling pin
Cut into sticks about ½ inch wide.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375F.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit on the pan for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk together all ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
Allow to cool before glazing.
