  • 2 Tbsp. Almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your mini waffle maker if needed.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the cheese are completely melted and combined.
