How to make keto granola bars
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until a loose mixture is formed.
The mixture should stick together if squeezed within your hand
but should not appear wet.
If it is too dry
you can add an additional tablespoon of butter.
Press the mixture into a silicone candy bar mold firmly. This recipe will create 5 small granola bars.
Bake the bars for 20 minutes until browned.
Let the bars cool completely, and then remove them from the mold.

- 2 Tbsp. Butter powder
- 3 tsp. Psyllium husk powder
- 4 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 3 Tbsp. Butter melted
- 1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
