  • 3 tsp. Baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 C. Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg

For the topping:

  • 1 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 1 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

For the caramel sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Swerve brown or confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions
