Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Stir in cheese until well combined.
Add almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown swerve sweetener. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into the muffin pan. Shake pan lightly to fill any gaps.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Brown Swerve Sweetener
- ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
