Topping:

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 tbsp. Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
  • Β½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Β½ tsp. Baking Powder
  • Β½ tsp. Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300ΒΊ.
  2. Slice the peaches.

    A neighbor gave me a bag of peaches; she is so sweet, I couldn’t tell her I wasn’t eating too many carbs.     Can I use a β€œbaking blend”- non-gluten flour mix instead of the Almond Flour? What about monk fruit sweetener in place of the stevia? Do I need to make any adjustments if I do this?
