How To Make Keto Cheesesteak Stuffed Jalapenos
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, saute the meat until cooked through.
Add the Worcestershire sauce,
garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir to combine.
Remove the meat and set aside.
Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium, and saute the onions and peppers in the drippings from the meat until softened.
Remove and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese,
vegetables
meat
until well incorporated.
Stuff the jalapenos with the filling mixture
and top with the shredded mozzarella.
Place the stuffed jalapenos on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until done to your liking.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- 8 Jalapeno peppers cut in half lengthwise and deseeded
- 9 oz. Cheesesteak meat
- 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
- Β½ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Β½ tsp. Garlic powder
- Β½ Onion chopped
- Β½ Bell pepper chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
