- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 Eggs
- 11/3 cups Sugar
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
