This sounds yummy. I was on WW Smart Points program, but have finished and no longer have the app to calculate SP’s versus freestyle. Any idea how many smart points per serving, plus I imagine if you use light cool whip instead of the whipped cream there would’ve even less.
Maria Crawford says
2 apps I would like to mention. 1. exercise4weightloss : explanations on how WW works and all the calculators required. 2: itrackbites : pay $12 – 15 and it’s yous for life (no monthly payments) works just like the WW app i.e. you can scan products, enter recipes . etc.

Did you use 4oz or 8 oz jars?
I canβt wait to try this!
Thanks for sharing!!!
Julie says
I just made the recipe using the 4 ounce jars, like the pictures, but the problem is getting a lid on them to refrigerate, as it’s too full. Next time will use the 8 ounce, even though the jars aren’t as cute. It’s delicious, though, and colorful!!
Jan says
Which sugar free lemon pudding are you using? Is it the cooked box version or the instant box one?
Jolene says
Instant.

I just mixed this up. I used 1 cup Fage 0% fat yogurt and 1 cup 0% fat LIGHTannd fit vanilla yogurt. I Added the dry lemon pudding mix to the yogurt mixture and it has a weird consistency. IT Is not creamy. at all. DId I do something wrong?
Sandy says
I’m not sure if you added the 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in the recioe, but that may help with the creaminess…hope this helps.
Chris says
Should I use vanilla or plain Greek yogurt?
