How to make Weight Watchers toffee
Line a 9”x9” baking pan with parchment, leaving overhangs by the sides for easy removal.
Combine butter, Erythritol and salt in a small saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until the temperature reaches 285F.
Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel.
Sprinkle the chopped almonds on top of the chocolate.
Leave to cool to room temperature to harden for at least 2 hours.
Pull out of the pan and break into serving pieces.

- 1 cup Erythritol
- 1 pinch of Salt
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- Candy or digital thermometer
