EASY French Toast Casserole
Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Arrange the chunks of bread in a baking dish.
Pour wet mixture over top of bread and leave to soak for a few hours or overnight (refrigerate).
Optionally, sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375F.

- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter

I’ve tried several French toast casserole recipes and this is is my favorite by far! Made it for company over the weekend and everyone loved it. It came our slightly crispy on the top, soft in center, and not at all soggy. I used 2% milk because that’s what I had. Did sprinkle extra brown sugar and cinnamon on top as suggested. Delicious!
