How To Make Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9 inch bread pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
In a large bowl, mix together sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, maple syrup, oil, and milk until combined.
Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Slowly add dry ingredients to prepared wet ingredients.
In a small bowl, prepare the cinnamon swirl mixture by stirring together all of the ingredients.
Pour ½ of batter into pan.
Spoon ½ of the swirl mixture on top and swirl into the batter with a knife.
Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon swirl.
Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
While bread is baking, prepare glaze by mixing together powdered sugar, milk, and heavy whipping cream.
Allow bread to cool 15 minutes.
Slowly pour glaze over bread and enjoy.

Bread:
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cups milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
Swirl:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Glaze:
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
