How To Make Keto Baked Feta Pasta
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place two tablespoons of olive oil in the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish.
Add the cherry tomatoes to the baking dish, and create a hole in the center of them.
Place the feta cheese block in the center of the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the ground thyme,
oregano
and salt and pepper to taste over the tomatoes and feta.
Drizzle a tablespoon of additional olive oil over the mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet on the stove over medium heat.
Add the palmini noodles to the skillet with salt and pepper to taste, and saute until done to your liking.
Remove the baking dish from the oven,
and add the garlic,
basil and parsley.
Stir to combine well.
Add the noodles to the baking dish,
and stir to combine before serving.

- 2 Pints cherry tomatoes
- 6 oz. Feta cheese in a block
- 2 Can Palmini linguini noodles rinsed and drained well
- 4 Tbsp. Olive oil divided
- ⅛ tsp. Ground thyme
- ¼ tsp. Dried oregano
- ¼ C. Chopped fresh basil
- ¼ C. Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
