How To Make Keto Cajun Shrimp Pasta
Add the shrimp to a bowl and toss with salt and pepper to taste and the cajun seasoning.
Place 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Put the shrimp into the heated skillet and saute a few minutes on each side until seared and cooked through.
Set aside.
Add the other tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet over medium heat, and place the zucchini into the skillet.
Saute until the zucchini is seared and beginning to become tender.
Remove and set aside.
Pour the heavy whipping cream into the skillet along with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute until the sauce begins to thicken.
Stir in the parmesan cheese.
Add the palmini noodles to the skillet and saute in the sauce for several minutes.
Place the zucchini and shrimp back into the skillet,
tossing to mix and coat well in the sauce before serving.

- 1 lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined with the tails on or off
- 1 Medium zucchini sliced and cut in half
- 1 * Can Palmini linguini noodles rinsed and drained well
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
