How to Make Keto Jalapeno Popper Sheet Pan Pizza
Place the mozzarella cheese and 2 oz. cream cheese into a bowl that is microwave safe.
Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and well combined.
Add the cheese mixture to a mixing bowl
with the remaining crust ingredients,
and blend until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Wet your hands slightly, and press the dough into a rectangular crust shape on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned.
Mix together 3 oz cream cheese
salsa until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese salsa mixture over the crust after it has cooled for a few minutes.
Sprinkle ⅔ of the taco blend cheese over the crust.
Add the jalapeno,
bacon pieces and green onion followed by the remaining cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Slice into 8 pieces and serve.

- 1 ¼ C. Almond flour
- ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 Large egg
- ¼ tsp. Onion powder
- ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
For the toppings:
- ⅓ C. Salsa
- 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
- 1 C. Shredded taco blend cheese
- ⅓ C. Chopped bacon pieces
- 1 Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
- ¼ C. Green onions chopped.
Instructions
