- ½ cup Diced Bell Peppers
- ¼ cup Roasted Cashews
- 1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tsp Avocado Oil
For the Sauce:
- ¼ cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp Erythritol
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
