WOW!!! These are so good and flavorful! I just happened to have a surplus of pork chops I bought on sale when I saw this recipe. So quick and easy to throw together and SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! The only change I made was I used 1/2 c. heavy cream and a couple tablespoons of cream cheese just to help thicken the sauce a little more. But I can’t say enough how AMAZING these taste. I stirred my green beans in some of the sauce that was left on the place – excellent! This will definitely be in heavy rotation for the menu. THANK YOU!!!
