How To Make Keto Baked Beans
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse and drain the beans well, placing them in the bottom of a 9×9 casserole dish.
In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce
onion powder
ground mustard
and water.
Whisk to combine well.
Pour the sauce mixture over the beans, and toss to coat well.
Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on the beans
cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Top with freshly chopped green onions for garnish before serving if desired.

- 2 Tbsp. Keto BBQ sauce (or make this keto BBQ sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar free ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Onion powder
- ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. Ground mustard
- ½ tsp. Liquid smoke
- 2 Slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- ¼ C. Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse and drain the soybeans well, placing them in the bottom of a 9×9 casserole dish.
- In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar substitute, tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, liquid smoke and water.
- Whisk to combine well.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beans, and toss to coat well.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on the beans, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
