How To Make Keto Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Nachos
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the mozzarella at 30 second intervals until completely melted and smooth.
Add the melted cheese to a mixing bowl
with the almond flour
and an egg.
Beat until a dough has formed.
Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until thin.
Bake for 12 minutes, turn over and bake another 5.
Slice the baked dough into triangular shaped chips.
Gather the chips in the center of the sheet pan.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the chicken, buffalo sauce,
celery
and jalapeno.
Top the chips with the chicken mixture,
and sprinkle with the cheddar jack cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve garnished with green onions.

- ¼ C. Buffalo sauce
- 1 Jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
- ¼ C. Finely chopped celery
- 1 C. Shredded cheddar jack cheese
- ¼ C. Chopped green onions for garnish
