How To Make Keto Mini Lemon Cakes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
and grease a mini muffin tin.
Mix together
the ingredients
for the cake
and spoon into the greased mini muffin tin, filling each section almost to the top.
Bake for 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Let the cakes cool completely.
You can trim off a bit of the bottom to make them sit flat if you prefer.
Whisk together the ingredients for the glaze
in a small bowl
and paint the glaze onto the mini cakes.
Let the glaze set for several minutes before serving.
