How To Make Keto Lemon Brownies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine the ingredients for the crust
until a loose dough has formed.
Press the dough into an even layer in the bottom of a 9×9 casserole dish that has been well greased.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking
place the ingredients for the filling in a mixing bowl
and beat on high
until smooth and creamy.
Pour the filling onto the pre-baked crust in the casserole dish
and bake for 25 minutes until starting to brown around the edges and cooked completely through.
Let cook or even chill 1-2 hours before serving.

- 3 tablespoon Coconut flour
- 4 tablespoon Butter unsalted and melted
- 4 tablespoon Melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

- 4 Eggs
- ½ cup Almond flour
- ⅓ cup Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
