How To Make Keto Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Bars
Place the cold water into a mixing bowl
and sprinkle the gelatin over it, do not stir.
In a saucepan, add the ¼ cup of warm water and the Swerve sweetener.
Bring the mixture to a boil, and boil low for 2 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Immediately start beating the gelatin mixture on medium, and pour the heated mixture into it quickly.
Beat the mixture on high until it becomes frothy and forms stiff peaks.
Place the cinnamon toast crunch cereal into a mixing bowl
and toss it with the marshmallow mixture quickly and completely.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a well greased loaf pan.
Allow it to sit at room temperature for 1 hour, and then set in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours before slicing and serving.

- ¼ cup Cold water
- 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin
- ¼ cup Warm water
- ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
