How To Make Keto Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

 

Keto Breakfast Sandwich! BEST Low Carb Keto Bagel Breakfast Sandwich Idea – Quick & Easy Ketogenic Diet Recipe – Beginner Keto Friendly – Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

 

Preheat oven to 375F and prepare a sheet pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.

 

Combine the almond flour, baking powder, and half tablespoon of seasoning and mix well.

 

Keto Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

 

Add mozzarella and cream cheese to the bowl and microwave in 45 second increments until the cheese is completed melted and forms a ball of dough. Should go through 2 cycles.

 

Add the egg to the bowl and vigorously mix it or use your hands, just make sure the egg is fully incorporated into your dough.

 

Keto Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

 

You will want to make four balls of dough.

 

Roll them each into a ball and gently push a finger through the center to make a nickel sized hole.

 

Place on parchment paper and repeat on the other three bagels.

 

Make sure the bagels are two inches apart.

 

Use the olive oil and brush the bagels on top

Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

 

When ready, place bagel inside to warm for about 5 minutes while you cook your bacon and egg.

 

Cook 1 piece of bacon until desired crispiness.

 

Fry 1 egg in a pat of butter until desired cook through. I did not flip the egg, but I made sure to cook it longer.

Ingredients
  

For The Bagels:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/5 cup mozzarella cheese (freshly grated or bag is fine)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

For Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

  • 1 keto bagel (from above recipe)
  • 1 piece of cooked bacon
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • ` egg (cooked)
  • Dash of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
