Keto Faux Potato Chips
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
Using a mandolin to very thinly slice your radishes.
There is no need to peel them first, simply was and dry them well.
Place the sliced radishes in a mixing bowl, and toss with the olive oil
BBQ seasoning of your choice and salt to taste.
Add the seasoned radishes in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 1 – 1 ½ hours until crispy and slightly browned.
Baking time may vary depending on the thickness of your radish slices.
