Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese for the crust into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Add the almond flour
and baking powder to the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until incorporated well.
Place the dough into a mixing bowl with one egg, and blend on high until a smooth dough has formed.
Put the dough into the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
Press the dough into a rectangular shape on a small parchment lined baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, cut the cold butter into pieces
and add the rest of the topping ingredients.
Beat on high until a loose
and crumbly mixture has formed.
Sprinkle the topping mixture over the crust, and bake for 15-20 minutes until the toppings have melted into the crust, and the crust itself has become browned and cooked through.
Let the pizza cool a bit
and blend together all of the icing ingredients
on high
until smooth and creamy.
Add the icing to the top of the pizza
Serve
