How To Make Keto Air Fryer Corn Dogs
Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
Place the almond flour
garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
in a shallow bowl or plate, and stir to combine.
Add the beaten egg to a shallow bowl or plate.
Put the pork rind crumbs into a shallow bowl.
Blend the moon cheese into crumbs using a food processor or blender, and add it to the pork rind bowl.
Toss to combine well.
Roll the hot dogs through the almond flour
dip in the egg
and then dredge in the cheesy pork rind mixture.
Cook the keto corn dogs in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Cool slightly, and then place a wooden skewer through each corn dog if desired.
