How to make keto chocolate chip fudge
Place the butter into a pan on the stove over medium-high heat and cook until browned but not burned.
Set the butter off to the side to cool slightly.
Mix the coconut flour, almond butter, Swerve sugar substitute
and the vanilla extract together in a bowl.
Pour the cooled butter into the mixture
and stir until well combined.
Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper, and place it into the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
Once set, slice the fudge into 12 even pieces and serve.
