Learn how to make keto fudge
Melt chocolate using a double boiler method (boil water on a pot, and place the chocolate and butter over the steam – without touching the water – and stir until melted).
Line a baking sheet or a similar container with foil – try to keep it as smooth as possible so it doesn’t create marks on the butter fudge.
Pour in the peanut butter and distribute evenly.
Using a spoon, pour over the chocolate.
Use a toothpick to form waves on the surface, trying not to insert it too thickly the chocolate stays on the surface.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.

- 1 tbsp. Lilys Dark Chocolate

- Line a baking sheet or a similar container with foil – try to keep it as smooth as possible so it doesn’t create marks on the butter fudge.
- Pour in the peanut butter and distribute evenly.

Yield: 8 tiger butter fudge squares
Tip: If you don’t find peanut butter or dark chocolate sweetened with a keto friendly product, you can add 1 tbsp. of Stevia to the peanut butter and mix before pouring into the mold
Place any remaining back in freezer as they will melt
