How To Make Keto Italian Sausage Pizza Hoagie
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the mozzarella
and cream cheese for the hoagies into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Add the almond flour
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
and baking powder to the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until completely combined.
Beat the egg into the dough mixture on high until combined.
Place the dough into the freezer to chill for 15 minutes.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the chilled dough into 4 different hoagie shaped rolls, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Let the rolls cool while you cook the sausages completely
and saute the onions and peppers on the stove top in the olive oil.
Raise the temperature of the oven to 450 degrees.
Cut each hoagie roll open in half lengthwise, but do not cut all of the way through.
Place some onions and peppers on each roll
then a sausage
and top with marinara sauce
and then mozzarella cheese.
You can add some Italian seasoning for garnish if you wish.
Layer the hoagies in a baking dish
and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cut in half
Serve

- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1 ½ cup Almond flour

- ½ cup Carb friendly marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup Sliced bell peppers
- ¼ cup Sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
