How to make keto lemon bars
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all of the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes until browned slightly.
Remove the crust from the oven and set aside.
Mix together the ingredients for the filling until well combined
pour on top of the crust in the baking dish.
Bake the mixture for another 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Let the bars cool completely and then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into 9 equal slices and serve dusted with additional sugar substitute if desired.

- 1 Stick of butter unsalted
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- β C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute

- 1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Instructions
