How to make keto milkshake
Place the chocolate ice cream into a blender.
Add the vanilla almond milk
and the peanut butter to the blender.
Mix in the vanilla
and cocoa powder to the ingredients in the blender.
Blend the ingredients on high until smooth and well combined.
If you would like a thicker milkshake consistency, you can either add in some ice, or you can decrease the almond milk in the recipe by half.
Garnish your milkshake with sugar free whipped topping and keto friendly chocolate chips if desired.

- ½ C. Rebel chocolate flavored keto ice cream or other keto-friendly ice cream
- 1 C. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. Lower carb peanut butter or almond butter
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- ½ Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sugar free whipped cream topping for garnish (optional)
- Lilys chocolate chips for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chocolate ice cream into a blender.

- Mix in the vanilla and cocoa powder to the ingredients in the blender.
