How to make keto peanut butter chocolate chip bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Beat peanut butter and erythritol.

Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bread
Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp Lilys chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat peanut butter and erythritol.
  3. Add eggs. One at a time.
  4. Mix with all the dry ingredients and add chocolate chips
  5. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

I slice my bread into 16 pieces and then cut in half so I have 32 bite size pieces. See below for nutritional information

    Yum! I made mine in mini muffin cups and got 24. The perfect little snack…and my almost 1 year-old granddaughter likes it. I had leftover melted chocolate chips, so I used that and it was like little ribbons. Thank you for the recipe. I always enjoy your recipes.
