and place 6 cupcake liners in the sections of a muffin tin.
Add all of the ingredients
with the exception of the baking chips
to a mixing bowl
and blend on high
until smooth.
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners in the muffin tin, filling them nearly to the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned on top and completely cooked through.
