  • ½ Onion chopped
  • ½ Red bell pepper chopped
  • ½ Green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened and cut into pieces
  • ⅓ C. Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 Slices provolone cheese
