How to make keto pizza rolls
Beat together egg and water.
Whisk together the coconut flour and salt in a bowl.
Make a well in the center and pour in the egg mixture.
Mix and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Roll out the dough
into thin sheets
and cut into 3” squares.
Put about 2 teaspoons of the filling mixture in the middle of each square.
Slightly moisten the edges of the wrapper.
Fold and press on the edges to seal.
Repeat for remaining ingredients.
Heat about an inch of oil in a pan.
Fry the rolls until golden.
Serve
