- 3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted and melted
- 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
For the filling:
- ½ C. Pumpkin puree
- ¼ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place the ingredients for the crust into a mixing bowl, and combine well until they form a dough.
