How To Make Keto Honey Garlic Salmon
Preheat the broiler in the oven.
In an oven-safe pot over medium-high heat on the stove, melt the butter.
Add the garlic into the pan with the melted butter, and saute for 30 seconds.
Pour the soy sauce,
sugar free honey
and lemon juice into the pan, and whisk to combine, and cook the mixture down for 1-2 minutes.
Season the salmon fillets with cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Place the salmon into the pan skin side facing down, and cook for 3-4 minutes, basting the salmon often with the sauce.
Put the pan into the oven and cook the salmon under the broiler for 5-6 minutes, or until done to your liking.
Baste the salmon again in the sauce before serving topped with freshly chopped parsley as garnish.
