How to Make Keto Chicken Alfredo Cheese Roll Ups
Add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat.
Place the garlic in the saucepan, and saute for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream,
oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a light boil.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and simmer until thickened.
Remove the sauce from the heat and let cool.
In a bowl, mix together the chicken,
broccoli
and half of the sauce mixture.
Reserve the remaining sauce for dipping later.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the mozzarella cheese out into 8 circle shapes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges begin to brown.
Remove the cheese circles from the oven, and let them cool for a minute or two.
Spread some of the filling down the center of each cheese circle.
Carefully roll the edges of each cheese circle up and over the filling.
Let the rollups cool and crisp up before serving with the remaining sauce on the side for dipping.

- 2 Tbsp. Butter unsalted

- Salt and pepper to taste
