How to Make Keto Chicken Caesar Wraps
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the shredded mozzarella in eight circles on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 6 minutes, or until the edges are beginning to brown.
In a bowl, combine the chicken, caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
Mix to combine well.
Remove the cheese from the oven.
Allow it to cool for a few minutes.
Place a layer of the filling down the center of each cheese circle, and then top with some romaine lettuce.
Carefully fold the cheese up and over the filling in each circle.
Allow the rollups to cool and crisp up before serving.
