Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins – WW Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a muffin pan with large paper muffin liners and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Mix in eggs and whole milk. Stir until well-combined.
Add quick cooking oats, sugar and salt. Mix.
Add melted butter and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Add muffin batter to lined baking pan, filling the large liners about 2/3 of the way.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted
in the middle of a muffin. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
