How To Make Weight Watchers Chocolate Rice Krispie Treats
Spray your mold with cooking spray and set aside.
Line a plate or baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside as well.
In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat.
Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until cereal is well coated.
Set aside and allow to cool.
Press the mixture into the cavities of the mold and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
While the treats are in the freezer, place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30-minute intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth
Remove the treats from the freezer.
Pop them out of the mold and place on a plate.
Using a fork dip each square into the chocolate, completely coating it.
Shake off any excess chocolate.
Place on the plate/tray with the parchment paper and add the sprinkles.
When all the squares are done, place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy

- 3 tablespoons I can’t believe its not butter
- 1 10-ounce bag of marshmallows
- 2 cups dark Lilys chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
- Square, silicone candy mold
Instructions

I don’t have a silicone candy mold. Can I use a 9x13inches Pyrex instead? If so how big should each square be?
