Weight Watchers Coffee Cake – BEST WW Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine the yogurt, banana and eggs. Mix well.
Add in the flours, baking soda and powder, cinnamon, sugar and coffee.
Stir well. Add in the almond milk and mix into a batter.
Spray an 8×4 pan (or line with parchment paper) and pour the batter in.
Use a spatula to smooth it out.
In a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients.
Sprinkle/divide the mixture overtop of the coffee cake.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in pan.
Cut the cake into slices or squares and enjoy!

Weight Watchers Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup oat flour (just under ¾ oats ground)
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup fat free yogurt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbs coconut palm sugar
- 2 tablespoon ground coffee
- 1/8 cup almond milk
Topping:
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
