How To Make Weight Watchers Snickers Candy
In a microwave safe bowl, add one tablespoon of the Butter, and the Lily’s Chocolate Baking Chips.
Melt at 30 second intervals until completely melted and well blended.
Set the chocolate mixture aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, the second tablespoon of Butter, peanut butter, Swerve Confectioners’ Sugar Substitute and vanilla extract.
Using a hand or stand mixer, mix the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
Place the peanut butter mixture into the freezer to chill for 20-30 minutes.
Using your silicone mold, fill each cavity about ½ way and place 2-3 peanuts in the center of each one.
Top with the peanut butter mixture and place back in the freeze until firm.
Dip the prepared snickers fat bombs into the chocolate mixture. (as you work through, you may need to place the prepared candies in the freezer for a few minutes before dipping) After all the candies are dipped in the chocolate mixture, place back into the freezer to chill until the chocolate has hardened.
Serve at once or store uneaten fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer.

- 2 tablespoons “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter”, divided
