  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients for the filling in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Whisk in the heavy cream, water, and vanilla extract.
  4. Blend in the coconut flour and cocoa powder until mixture is very smooth.

      1/4 cup of coconut flour is 18 grams of carbs.. I think it’s fir 1 roll
