Run lime wedge along rim of cocktail glass.

Twist rim in pile of sugar to coat lime juice.

Fill cocktail glass with ice and a few pomegranate seeds.

• 1½ oz. silver tequila
• ½ oz. peppermint twist Smirnoff
• ½ oz. lime juice divided
• Pomegranate seeds
• 1 mint sprig
• 1 cup ice as needed
