OMG this was a great hit with non-keto friends. One of which was a baker and commented on how moist and delish this bread is. I did use Monk Fruit sweetener in place of the Erythritol. It was the same amt and tasted great. I will use this for a go to dessert for company. I also had the Bryers carb counter icecream to compliment the brownies.
Thank you for sharing this delish recipe.

Can you substitute chocolate protein powder for the cocoa?

I made this today 5/21/21 and used a standard loaf pan. After making the recipe and placed it in the loaf pan, I realized I should have doubled the recipe. I had to make another batch and added it to what I put in the loaf pan. Baked it a bit longer than the 30 mins. Start with 5 mins extra. Doubling the batch will fill it perfectly. I also didn’t like the idea of putting the chocolate chips just on top so I mix some in the batter and put it on top.

Can you advise what size loaf pan to use. I didn’t see it anywhere in your instructions. Sounds so yummy, and I want to get it right. You have really good recipes.
