How to make keto brownie fries
Add the butter, chocolate chips, and mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
In a separate bowl, stir together almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Stir in the egg and vanilla into the melted cheese mixture.
Blend in the dry ingredients into the cheese mixture.
Knead the dough into a smooth ball.
Put in between sheets of parchment and flatten to about ½” thick with a rolling pin.
Cut into strips about ½ inch wide.
Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375F.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit on the pan for 5 minutes.
Dust with powdered erythritol.
